NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, entered in Case No. 17000823CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-8 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Josephine Mumford a/k/a Josephine Suskey, Deceased; Robert Mumford a/k/a Robert W. Mumford, Jr.; Gary Mumford are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, ALLAPATCHEE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
