NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019 and entered in Civil Case Number 2018CA001427AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIX TRUST is Plaintiff and CHAD AFFOLTER; MELISSA AFFOLTER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. electronically online at the following website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Manatee County, Florida as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
