NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above captioned case, that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 79 OF CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM. PHASE 6A, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED APRIL 4, 1977, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 901, PAGE 899 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACES 79A AND 79B (AS REFLECTED ON EXHIBIT I TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM), TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED) IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
