NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8th, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-002215 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Trustee of the 849 Killearn Blvd Land Trust, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Briget Shell, Paul W. Sasnett, Publix Employees Federal Credit Union, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 7th day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 99 OF CINNAMON RIDGE, PHASE THREE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
