GERALD; PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
