NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclose dated March 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-1718 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein PELICAN LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC. is the Plaintiff and JEFF D. KIRKWOOD is the Defendant, Crystal K . Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of April, 2019, on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Government Center, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any Person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Final Judgment, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
