NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003366-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and EAGLE CREEK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 178, Building G, EAGLE CREEK CONDOMINIUM NO. THREE, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1224, Pages 457-539, and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
