NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000843 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as trustee to the Zuni Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-OA1, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA1, Plaintiff and Sean M. Coutts a/k/a Sean Coutts are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL ONE: UNIT NO. S-1202 SITUATED ON THE 12TH FLOOR OF THE ADMIRALTY HOUSE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6 AT PAGE 1 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ADMIRALTY HOUSE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 554 AT PAGES 737 THROUGH 779, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

PARCEL TWO: AN UNDIVIDED ONE-TWO HUNDRETH (1/200TH) INTEREST AS TENANT IN COMMON, IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE COMMON PROPERTY OF SAID ADMIRALTY HOUSE CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
