NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2016-CA-001107-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR6, Plaintiff and Charles T. Sullivan et al., are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 194, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 55 TO 62 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
