NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-004103-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Karen B Bowman, Royal Oaks Village of Timber Greens, Inc., Royale Oak Villages II of Timber Greens Homeowner's Association, Inc., Timber Greens Community Association, Inc., United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 518, TIMBER GREENS PHASE 3-A UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32 PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
