NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 14, 2019, and an Amended Final Judgment dated March 21, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-000811- CC-WS, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein COTEE RIVER PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, is the Plaintiff, CRAIG STAFFORD, PAMELA STAFFORD, RANDALL SEXTON, ALICE F. SEXTON and JODIE STAFFORD are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on April 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit/Lot #73 of Cotee River Park, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community according to Exhibit “B' (the “plot plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 3854, Page 939, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
Commonly known as 5703 Riverview Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652, and legally described as:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
