NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA002786CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN D SAYRE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on April 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, SADDLE CREEK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 104 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
