NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012- 004629-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WCW1, Plaintiff, and, KENNETH HINNERSCHIETZ; LISA HINNERSCHIETZ; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ; RICHARD T. VICK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neal, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 30th day of April, 2019, the following described property:
