COMES NOW, the Plaintiff's ZACH STEVENSON and JOHN STEVENSON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Sarasota, on November 21, 2018 Case No: 18-CA-6173.
1. Lot 15 & 16, Block 131, 8th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 20, Of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before May 6, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
