NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition dated March 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 004225 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 1, LLC and FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 6, LLC are Plaintiff, and ACME INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC and EQUITY TRUST CO CUST IRA ACCOUNT #Z029889 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of May, 2019, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE DODGE AVENUE PROPERTY
Lot 2, Leisure Lakes, Unit 2, according to plat entitled “Katherine Park, Unit No. 2”, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (the name of said subdivision having been changed by Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners as shown in Deed Book 362, Page 250, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
