NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure IN REM dated March 27, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 001828 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JASON YOUNG A/K/A JASON ALLEN YOUNG; JAMES K. GIEHL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES K. GIEHL; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF SARASOTA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1st day of May, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 249, OF SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
