NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016 CA 003075 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JOHN E. DALLIS JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100064100000088053); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A JANE DOE, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1st day of May, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOTS 12386 AND 12387, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 47, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL; FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 12387; RUN N 55DEG 50'50” E, 73.94 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 55DEG 50'50” E, 10.50 FEET; THENCE S 34DEG 09'10” E, 6.30 FEET; THENCE S 55DEG 50'50” W, 10.50 FEET; THENCE N 34DEG 09'10” W, 6.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
