NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 003469 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and ANATOLIY SHPAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANATOLIY SHPAK; CITIBANK, N.A., F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; LYUDMILA SHPAK A/K/A LYUDMILA A. SHPAK A/K/A L. SHPAK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
