NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, entered in Civil Case No. 2012- CA 008087 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III is Plaintiff and ROBERTA B. WILLIAMS; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on May 1, 2019, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
