Charette; Susan J. Charette; United States of America, Department of Treasury; Governors Run Villas II Association, Inc.; United States of America Acting through Administrator of the Small Business Administration, AND Westminster Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 39B, WESTMINSTER PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 37 AND 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
