SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET DELL SMITH A/K/A MARGARET D. SMITH; AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 25, 2019 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
