NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-008774, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ERNEST T. STREET; JOY M. STREET; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, IN BLOCK 2, SOUTH FORK UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
