NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-7915 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A CATOZZI, ASSET PRESERVATION TRUST SERVICES, INC., TRUSTEE, LAKEWOOD RIDGE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA BANK OF NEW YORK TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIE 2006-S3, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CATHLYN EL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on April 30, 2019, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, LAKEWOOD RIDGE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 148 THROUGH 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
