NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2019 in Civil Case Number 10-CA-12373 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein , HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND II TRUST is Plaintiff and MARY E. MURLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS
