NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-10845 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and VERNON E. TOLAND, TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 9/21/1991, ALBERTA P. TOLAND, TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 9/21/1991, are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, Block 1, EASTGATE MOBILE ESTATES UNIT 4, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 38, page 73, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
