NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 22, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-008172, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and FRANKLIN E. WINGO; JENNIFER M. WINGO; PANTHER TRACE II HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
