NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-005055 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A. as trustee for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1995-8 by Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Cheryl G. Harrison a/k/a Cherryl G. Johnson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, OF ASHLEY OAKS MOBILE HOME PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1996, MAKE:
CHANDLER, VIN#: GAFLS05A24221CW21 AND VIN#: GAFLS05B24221CW21.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
