NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-005463 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Capers L. Bohler a/k/a Capers Lowry Bohler, Jr. a/k/a Capers L. Bohler, Jr. a/k/a Capers Lowry Bohler, Deceased; Cynthia Lillie Neilsen a/k/a Cyndie Neilsen; Anneleise Gifford f/k/a Anneliese Lillie; Andrea Michelle Lillie a/k/a Andrea M. Lillie; Frank D. UNIT 5204, OF VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3831, PAGE 379, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RECEIVED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 52, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
