NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 03, 2018, and entered in 12-013058-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR17 is the Plaintiff and LINDA L. APPENFELDT; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A CARTER RICH are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 04, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
