NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2019, and entered in 18-007139-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC, D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and BARBARA J. MCGUIRE; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK ; COWBOY PALS, LLC; CACH, LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
