NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-004782-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ROY L. GRAHAM; MICHELE R. GRAHAM A/K/A MICHELLE GRAHAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC., DBA LENDINGTREE LOANS; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23rf day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, REPLAT OF BLOCKS 2,3,6 & 7 FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
