NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure as to Counts I and V of the Plaintiff's Complaint entered March 22, 2019, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 2, POWERS CENTRAL PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 68, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on April 23, 2019.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
