YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 4, in Block 3 of Hoeldtke Grove Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, on Page 62, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 5420 43rd Terrace North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33709
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Padgett Law Group, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
