NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-004107-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR REO TRUST 2017-RPL1 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL SCOTT SMITH A/K/A MICHAEL S.
