NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-005226 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, as Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Patricia Wright are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 21, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT C, HARSHAW LAKE SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
