NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005999 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Susan E. Carr a/k/a Susan E. Lenning a/k/a Susan Carr are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 1803, BUILDING 24, OF CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4193, PAGE 217, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IS SAID DECLARATION APPATEMANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CLERBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE III.
