YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Relief has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it to Thomas Aide whose address is c/o Liben Amedie, Esq., 777 S. Harbour Island Blvd. Ste. 215, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before 05/03/19, and file the original with the clerk of this court at 545 1st Avenue North, Room 153, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, before service of Plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
The action is asking the court whether the escrow deposit being held by Title Agency of Florida, in connection with the “As Is” Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property located at located at 4 Belleview Blvd, unit 807, Belleair, FL 33756, by and between you and Thomas Aide, should be dispersed to Thomas Aide.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the County's Court office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the County Court's office of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-emailed to the address(es) on record at the clerk's office.
