NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-008782 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-7, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-7, is the Plaintiff and Walter Kyles, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Entre Palmer, Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Latrina Palmer, The Unknown Spouse of Walter Kyles, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
