NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-004082-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the Registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs and/or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Clora Mae Davis; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 n/k/a Clyde Davis are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOT 20, BLOCK 7, TANGERINE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLA., TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
