YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Dunedin has filed its complaint in the above-named court to foreclose on Code Enforcement Board Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block A, KIBBEY GROVES SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1014 Michigan Drive W., Dunedin, Florida
Parcel No.: 26-28-15-46674-001-0060
Total amount due on the lien: $73,775.18 as of March 6, 2019.
In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent lien, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said complaint on or before the day of 5-6-19 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit, and said respective parcels of land will be sold by decree of said court for non-payment of said lien and interest and penalties thereon and the costs of this suit.
