YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT 123 OF BUIDING NO. 11-2, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
UNIT NO. 123 OF BUILDING 11, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGE 1985 THROUGH 2108 INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE S 106 THROUGH 136 INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
