NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2019, and entered in 17-1736-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HUNTER L. ATTEBERRY, as
personal representative of THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM L. ATTEBERRY, DECEASED, and KEVIN MAIN are the Plaintiffs and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, DIANE HILL, AKA DIANE HILL DOUGLAS, DECEASED; JOHNNIE DOUGLAS AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DIANE HILL, AKA DIANE HILL DOUGLAS, DECEASED; TROY LOWE AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DIANE HILL, AKA DIANE HILL DOUGLAS, DECEASED; a/k/a TROYON COREY LOWE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DIANE HILL, a/k/a DIANE HILL DOUGLAS, DECEASED a/k/a TROYON C. Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, on May 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 13 feet of Lot 35, and the East 55 feet of Lot 36, Block “A”, LAMPARILLA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
