NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-002292-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Luminent Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Mortgage-Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Charles Raubeson a/k/a Charles F. Raubeson; Miho Raubeson; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Impac Funding Corporation dba Impac Lending Group are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 43, MANDALAY SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14, AT PAGE 32 THROUGH 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
