Final Judgment was awarded on January 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-007777-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATESHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-67CB MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-67CB is the Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA BERG; ALEXANDER BERG; JOHN W. CADY; MIRIAM L. CADY; CYPRESS SPRINGS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on May 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, CYPRESS SPRINGS TRACT 215 PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 60-61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
