NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005722-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RS2 is the Plaintiff and Raul Aramayo; Karen Reque a/k/a Karen Aramayo; Winter Park Woods Condominium Association, Inc. f/k/a Place 436 Condominium Association, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 126, BUILDING “B” WINTER PARK WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A PLACE 436, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 297, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
