NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2019, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-008825-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and FRANCES ANN DOUGLAS; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on May 28, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
