NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007475-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and VINCENT MONTENEGRO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 105-D, Floridays Orlando Resort, Phase III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 8538, Page 1540, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 39, Page 70, as amended, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
