NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003627-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. VRMTG ASSET TRUST (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MANUEL A. SIACA; NITZA ARROYO DE SIACA; WILLOWBROOK AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of MAY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 185, WILLOWBROOK PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
