NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004973AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DIANA L. PERCYCOE; LISA ANN PERCYCOE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-7, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00am, on the 7TH day of MAY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK E, SPANISH PARK SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
