NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 20, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA002745AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and PATRICK BRUCE; ANITRA BRUCE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A SETH ASMUS, UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A KATIE SCHMOLL are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, GARDEN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
